Viewcone Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Viewcone, a web service provided by devrives.

1. Rights in the Service

Rights in our code, design, logo, and original content belong to devrives or their lawful owners. Source-provider terms and attribution requirements apply to public CCTV, basemap, and building data.

2. Changes and Suspension

We may change or temporarily suspend all or part of the service for data updates, improvements, security, maintenance, or operational needs. Material changes will be announced reasonably.

3. Nature of the Data

CCTV locations come from public data. Coverage areas are estimates based on published direction, range, field of view, and general assumptions. They do not guarantee actual device status, footage, blind spots, or real-time monitoring.

An internet connection is required for maps, search, and data files. Your plan may incur data charges, and external map or search outages may limit features.

6. User Responsibilities

You must follow applicable law and must not use the service for unlawful activity, infringement, evading facility security, excessive automated requests, or service disruption.

7. Important Notice and Liability

Viewcone is a reference service for everyday information and data exploration, not the sole basis for crime prevention, safety, legal decisions, or facility security. Liability is limited only to the extent permitted by law; statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

8. Data Updates

Public-data dates and actual conditions may differ. We may update data but do not guarantee a fixed schedule, completeness, or current accuracy.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes follow the procedures and jurisdiction provided by applicable law.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms to reflect legal or service changes. Revised terms and their effective date will be posted here, with reasonable advance notice of materially adverse changes.
