Hi, I'm devrives - a one-person software studio.
devrives is a blend of Develop and Derive: to build things myself, and to draw out something that actually matters to the people using them. The Together in the slogan isn't about a team - it means building alongside the people who use what I make.
Small, but never careless.
Mission
devrives is run by one person. Planning, design, code, servers, support emails - all of it. I can't compete on size, so I compete on how closely I listen to users and how long I look after what I ship.

Communication
I read every message and review and reply myself. What gets fixed next is decided by what users tell me.
Ownership
No handoffs. Whoever built it fixes it.
Follow-through
Launch is day one. I keep refining, and every change goes in the changelog.
In the open
How it's built, mistakes included, goes on the blog.
