These Terms explain the basic rules for using devrives services.

Article 1: Purpose

These Terms of Service ("Terms") set forth the rights, obligations, and other necessary matters between the service provider and users regarding the use of devrives ("Service").

Article 2: Definitions

  • 1."Service" refers to the devrives website, newsletters, waitlists, and related services.
  • 2."User" refers to anyone who accesses and uses the Service in accordance with these Terms.
  • 3."Personal Information" refers to information that can identify a user, such as email addresses.

Article 3: Publication and Amendment of Terms

  • 1.These Terms are posted on the Service for users to review.
  • 2.When amending these Terms, we will announce the reasons and effective date at least 7 days in advance.
  • 3.If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you may discontinue use and delete your account. Continued use after 7 days without objection will be deemed acceptance.

Article 4: Service Use and Age Restrictions

The Service includes:

Minimum Age Requirements:

  • •South Korea: 14 years or older
  • •EU/EEA: 16 years or older (13-16 in some countries)
  • •United States: 13 years or older
  • •Other countries: Age of digital consent in your jurisdiction

You must confirm you meet the age requirement when signing up. If found to be under the minimum age, your access will be immediately restricted and personal information deleted.

Waitlist registration does not guarantee future service access and may be changed without notice depending on development circumstances.

Article 5: Service Provision and Changes

  • 1.The Service operates on a mixed pricing model, offering both free and paid features. The availability and pricing of specific features are subject to change at the Company's discretion. Services marked 'Beta', 'Alpha', or 'Upcoming' are in development and may be modified, discontinued, or transitioned to paid offerings without prior notice.
  • 2.The Company may temporarily suspend or terminate any service feature for technical maintenance, operational reasons, or business decisions. Where reasonably possible, the Company will provide advance notice of scheduled interruptions.
  • 3.Material changes to pricing (including free-to-paid transitions) will be communicated at least 30 days in advance. Users may choose to discontinue use if they do not agree to the new pricing. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
  • 4.Current pricing and feature availability are displayed on our website and are subject to change. The Company reserves the right to introduce, modify, or discontinue features, pricing tiers, or promotional offers at any time.

Article 6: User Obligations

Users must not:

  • 1.Provide false information or steal others' information
  • 2.Interfere with the normal operation of the Service
  • 3.Reproduce, modify, or distribute the Service without authorization
  • 4.Use the Service for illegal purposes
  • 5.Violate applicable laws and regulations

Article 7: Privacy Protection

The service provider protects users' personal information in compliance with the Personal Information Protection Act (Korea), GDPR (EU), CCPA (USA), and other applicable laws. For details on collection, use, storage, and deletion of personal information, please see our Privacy Policy.

Article 8: Service Termination

  • 1.Users may discontinue use or delete their account at any time by contacting [email protected].
  • 2.The service provider may restrict or suspend service access without prior notice if users violate these Terms or engage in illegal activities.
  • 3.Upon account deletion, related personal information will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Article 9: Limitation of Liability

  • 1.The Service is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company makes no warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, availability, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
  • 2.For free features, the Company's liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law. For paid features, the Company's total liability for any claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by the user in the 12 months preceding the claim.
  • 3.The Company is not liable for service interruptions due to force majeure, system failures, third-party actions, or other unforeseeable circumstances, except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
  • 4.This limitation of liability applies to the extent permitted by applicable law and does not limit liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; (c) any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Article 10: Dispute Resolution

  • 1.These Terms and service use are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
  • 2.In the event of a dispute, parties shall first attempt to resolve it through mutual consultation.

    If consultation fails, users may file a lawsuit in:

    • •Seoul Central District Court, Republic of Korea
  • 4.EU and Korean residents retain all consumer protection rights under their local laws, and this clause does not limit such rights.
