devrives Watch Faces Terms of Service

By installing or using a devrives watch face, such as Ridgeline, distributed through Google Play (each a "Watch Face"), you agree to these terms. Pro editions are paid; Lite editions are free.

1. Intellectual Property

All visual design, code, and branding in the Watch Face are owned by devrives and protected by intellectual property laws. Your purchase grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use on your own devices.

2. No Redistribution

You may not copy, resell, redistribute, or create derivative works of the Watch Face or its assets without written permission from devrives.

The Watch Face collects no personal data. See the Privacy Policy for details.

The Watch Face works fully offline. Metrics shown on the face reflect whatever the watch and its paired services provide; missing sensors or unavailable data may degrade fields to fallbacks.

6. Your Responsibility

Displayed metrics such as heart rate, steps, and weather are informational only and must not be used for medical, navigation, or safety-critical decisions.

7. Disclaimer

The Watch Face is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted operation on every device.

8. Updates

Features and appearance may change through updates delivered by the platform stores.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

10. Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated to reflect changes in law, platform policy, or product features. Updated terms and their effective date are posted on this page.
